RETURN POLICY

All of our products are made to order to be environmentally friendly as possible and eliminate waste will that being said at this time we do not accept returns. unless your items are damaged  

Exceptions/non-returnable items: Items that are worn, used, damaged, or not in original packaging cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for items that are altered or changed.

Kind reminder: We cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items or gift cards. And, returned packages without an authorized return from customer service representatives will not be refunded.

To start a return, you can contact us at Truuservice@gmail.com and provide details for the return. We’ll send you instructions on how to return your package and information on the refund process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to pay for return shipping.

EXCHANGE

You can request an exchange instead of a refund under these circumstances: your whole package is lost or has never been delivered; items you received are defective or damaged. After confirmation, we will send you a replacement package.

Please note that there is no handling fee for return and exchange, but the buyer shall bear the freight incurred by the return and exchange.
